To create fix firmware reset for Xerox WorkCentre 3210 / 3220
need to know printer series (SN) 
and firmware version
Serial Number appears also noted on the label behind the printer
or from the printer menu by typing key combinations
MENU > SYSTEM SETUP > MAINTENANCE > SERIAL NUMBER
The firmware version can be found by printing Configuration report
MENU > SYSTEM SETUP > MAINTENANCE > SERIAL NUMBER
If the printer NOT allows you to print the page (or the cartridge is at 0%)
quickly type the following key combination to print reports in TECH MODE
MENU # 1934 MENU > TECH MODE > SYSTEM SETUP > REPORT > CONFIGURATION > YES
