To create fix firmware reset for Xerox Phaser 3160
need to know printer series (SN) 
and firmware version 
This information can be found by printing the Configuration report (same like ML1640)
Press the STOP / CLEAR for about 3-4 seconds until the LED flashes once.
It will print the report which appears SERIAL NUMBER configuration and Firmware Version
.
After reset is only necessary refill 108R00908 / 108R00909 toner cartridge
