Regarding the fact that our customers are people who live in different parts of the world, we decided to
determine the time of responding to requests from our customers .
The guaranteed response for a letter or a request within 10-60 minutes is on working days from 9:00 to 19:00 .
Also the receiving of the ordered firmware reprogramming file within 10-60 minutes.
From 19:00 ‘till 9:00 and on weekends our customers will also receive aguaranteed response,
but a time-bound criteria for this term we do not give.
