Printers who have firmware version 02.xx termination (v3.01.02.00) can not be reset remotely
The only way to reset it is debug printer – downgrade firmware to a version that can be reset (eg v3.00.01.19); operation which requires sending printer in service to disassembl and connect the SPI memory on programmer.
Procedure available for ML-2165W , SCX-3400/3405/3407, SCX-3405W , SCX-3405F/3400F , SCX-4650N , SCX-472x , CLP-360/365 , CLP-360W/365W.
