To create fix firmware reset for Samsung printers
SCX-4600 / SCX-4623F / SCX-4623FH / SCX-4623FN / SCX-4623FK / SCX-4623FW
need to know printer series (SN) 
and firmware version
Serial Number can be found on the label backside the printer or from the printer menu by typing key combinations
MENU > SYSTEM SETUP > MAINTENANCE > SERIAL NUMBER
The firmware version can be found by printing Configuration report
If the printer NOT allows you to print the page (or the cartridge is at 0%) quickly type
the following key combination to print reports in TECH MODE
MENU # 1934 MENU > TECH MODE > SYSTEM SETUP > REPORT > CONFIGURATION > YES
After reset is necessary only refill toner cartridge
