Xerox WorkCentre 3550 necessary to know printer series (SN) 
CRUM serie 
and firmware version – Maing Controller Board (MCB) 
This information can be found by printing the reports of the printer:
Configuration and Supplies Information
INFO (MACHINE STATUS) > INFO PAGES> CONFIGURATION > YES
INFO (MACHINE STATUS) > INFO PAGES > SUPPLIES INFO > YES
If the printer NOT allows to print the page (or the cartridge is at 0%)
quickly type the following key combination to print reports in DIAGNOSTICS MODE
MENU(left arrow) # 1934 > REPORT > DIAGNOSTICS MODE > CONFIGURATION > YES
MENU(left arrow) # 1934 > REPORT > DIAGNOSTICS MODE > SUPPLIES INFO > YES
