How do I get the fix firmware reset program? 

  1. Turn on the Pantum printer and connect the USB cable
Make sure the printer drivers are installed.
  2. Download and access the eReset_Pantum.exe program 
  3. Access  <Get Printer ID> button.
  In the box below, the program displayed ID
  4. Access <Copy ID> button
  Place the order (paste ID) in the form below
