Singura solutie pentru resoftare este depanare imprimantei- downgrade firmware catre o versiune care poate fi resoftata (ex. v3.00.01.19) ; operatie care necesita trimiterea in service pentru dezasamblare imprimantei si conectarea memoriei SPI pe programator.
1. Mantenga el botón STOP/CLEAR (uno encima del botón de encendido) durante unos 4-5 segundos hasta que el LED parpadea una vez y dejar que el botón
Imprima la informes configuration donde hay NÚMERO DE SERIE y VERSION FIRMWARE|
2. Mantenga nuevo, STOP/CLEAR durante unos 15 segundos hasta que se establezca el LED. Imprima la informes supplies information dónde está el serie CRUM
